  This is the worst hair experience I’ve Ever had ! If u like ur hair, run don’t go to this salon ! Jackelyn is a nice person but she’s definitely the worst hair dresser I’ve never seen in my life. I showed her a picture of what I wanted “blonde highlights “ and explain her everything and she said ok we can do it and don’t worry it’s gonna be pretty and I ended up with an ugly ugly orange all over my hair so to fix her mistake she told me I will tone it and put some low lite on it, I said ok and I ended with black color all over my hair. So first she damaged my hair second I left with the complete opposite of what I wanted knowing that I was there at 10am and left at 4pm and I had my baby with me, can u imagine 6hours hair appointment !!! Im just so upset
