  When I started training with Crystal I was fresh out a horrible break, my ex-boyfriend dumped me for being overweight, and it hurt so much. I realized that too much of my life depended on him. I looked at myself in the mirror and was upset that I was overweight, alone, and so unhappy with myself. I thought, "Okay, if I don't love myself right now, how am I going to find a guy who will?" The break-up — as awful as it was — spurred me on to do something about my weight. At the time, I weighed 170 pounds.
  
  In four months, I lost 18lbs. The transformation in my body was remarkable. I struggled at first but with the guidence and patience, Crystal changed my life. I am so grateful to have such a inspirational woman to support me, I would definitely recommend her!!!
